Do I have to pay in full or is there a deposit required?

30% deposit is required to reserve your place. The remaining balance is owed 60 days prior from departure date.

Is there a refund policy?

Deposits are only refundable if Tutto Bene must cancel the retreat for unforeseeable circumstances. Full costs are due 60 days out from retreat and are non-refundable. This policy allows us to uphold our reservations with our partners for proper planning to ensure our guests have the proper Tutto Bene experience. Travel insurance is recommended for airfare.

If you reserve your booking within the 60-day window prior to tour date, we are happy to work out a payment plan to accommodate you in special circumstances.

May I request accommodations for dietary restrictions?

The Masseria can absolutely accommodate vegetarians, vegans and other dietary restrictions, however, dining in the towns & cities is at the discretion of those establishments. We are happy to assist as best we can!

If I want to venture off on my own, is there opportunity for that?

Yes! We plan to give you ‘free’ / ‘open’ time so that you may enjoy the region any way you please! We can assist in arranging transportation and also provide recommendations for local experiences!
