Do I have to pay in full or is there a deposit required?

A $900 deposit is required to reserve your place by March 31, 2025. The remaining balance is owed by May 1, 2025.

Is there a refund policy?

Deposits are only refundable if Tutto Bene must cancel the retreat due to not meeting the capacity minimum of 6 guests or for other unforeseeable circumstances. Full balance is due by May 1st and are non-refundable at that point.

This policy allows us to uphold our reservations with our partners as well as ensure our guests have the proper Tutto Bene experience. Travel insurance is recommended for airfare.

If you reserve your booking within the 60-day window prior to tour date, we are happy to work out a payment plan to accommodate you in special circumstances.

May I request accommodations for dietary restrictions?

The Masseria can absolutely accommodate vegetarians, vegans and other dietary restrictions, however, dining in the towns & cities is at the discretion of those establishments. We are happy to assist as best we can!

If I want to venture off on my own, is there opportunity for that?

Yes! We plan to give you ‘free’ / ‘open’ time so that you may enjoy the region any way you please! We can assist in arranging transportation and also provide recommendations for local experiences!
